Project Overview
I live on the central coast of California near the city of Paso Robles. When I talk with neighbors about the City, their concerns typically lean towards housing and water use. So I began looking into housing in Paso Robles to learn more about the overall outlook.
My research included demographics, inventory including short and long-term rentals, hotel and motel room capacity, and new developments.
The big picture shows that Paso Robles is growing and housing is in high demand.
